We begin before the door. What does a guest experience from the moment they decide to attend? Confirmation, anticipation, arrival, threshold. These moments set everything that follows.

How does your guest move through the event? Where do they feel held, and where do they drift? We examine spatial logic, pacing, sensory environment, and the unspoken cues that shape behaviour.
